Our vibrant & friendly client based just outside Bishop's Stortford, is looking for Assembly / Wiring / Bench Operatives to join their open-plan production warehouse team. These are mainly seated, bench-based roles (hence not on your feet all day).
Key duties include:
Carrying out simple manual wiring tasks
Basic sub-assembly of vehicle wiring products
Crimping and related assembly work
Working from basic drawings and diagrams (full training provided)
The ideal candidates will:
Have a flexible, proactive, team-focused attitude
Demonstrate good communication skills
Be able to follow diagrammed instructions accurately and complete ongoing quality checks
This is a 4-day working week:
Monday & Tuesday: 07:00-17:30
Wednesday & Thursday: 07:00-17:15
Total: 39.5 hours per week. No Fridays.
These roles start on an ongoing temporary basis, with potential temp-to-perm opportunities for selected candidates. A fast-track, ASAP start is available.
