The Role:
Our client, a leading manufacturer of bespoke joinery products, is seeking a Bench Hand to join their busy workshop team. This hands-on role involves assembling, finishing, and preparing high-quality joinery products to exacting standards. You’ll be working closely with experienced makers, using both modern equipment and traditional woodworking methods.
You’ll play an important part in ensuring projects are completed to specification, with accuracy and attention to detail. Training on specific workshop processes will be provided where needed.
About You:
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience in woodworking or a similar workshop-based role.
* Confident using hand tools, woodworking machinery, and able to follow technical drawings.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Reliable team player with good communication skills.
* Health & safety aware and able to follow workshop procedures.
