Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm

The Bench Hand Joiner Role:
As a skilled Bench Hand Joiner, you will assist with the preparation, assembly, and finishing of furniture components, working closely with experienced joiners to ensure every piece meets exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand tools and power tools.
Assemble and finish bespoke furniture components to a high standard.
Follow technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop.
Check work for quality and accuracy.
Operate machinery safely and assist with material handling.
About You:
Previous experience as a Bench Hand Joiner or Woodworker
A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
Physically fit and able to handle workshop tasks safely.
Willingness to learn and develop practical joinery skills.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
