Job Description
We are recruiting for our client at their Bradford manufacturing site for skilled or semi-skilled Bench hand joiners.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of a small team of joiners, following the direction of the dept supervisor and/or production manager. Ability to work as part of a team required.
Experienced in joinery and using hand tools
Manufacture and assemble timber and metal parts
Work accurately and to deadlines
Willingness to work overtime as and when required
Collaborate with other internal departments
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work areaQualifications:
Proven experience as a skilled or semi-skilled joiner
Proficient in using hand and power tools
Knowledge of different types of wood and substrates and their characteristics
Experience of laminating woods
Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
