Are you a talented Bench Hand Joiner who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship? This is an exciting opportunity to join a Glasgow-based specialist joinery company, delivering bespoke, high-quality interiors for prestigious projects across the UK.
About the Role
As part of our workshop team, you’ll be responsible for manufacturing high-quality bespoke joinery items from technical drawings through to finished products. Working with a variety of premium materials, you’ll play a key role in ensuring each project is completed to the highest possible standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship to be part of a supportive and growing team.
Key Responsibilities
• Manufacture bespoke joinery items to specification from manufacturing drawings
• Work with hardwoods, veneers, panels, and specialist finishes
• Maintain accuracy and quality throughout all stages of production
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines without compromising standards
• Ensure workshop health & safety protocols are followed at all times
• Support continuous improvement and efficiency in the workshop
About You
• Proven experience as a bench hand joiner in a bespoke workshop environment
• Ability to read and interpret both client and internal manufacturing drawings
• Strong attention to detail and finishing skills
• Knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, and materials
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining high quality standards consistently
