We are recruiting for a number of clients for skilled Bench Joiners to join their dedicated team in Hastings and surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity to work on high-quality, bespoke projects in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture bespoke joinery and furniture from scaled drawings/plans
Work with hand and power tools to produce high-quality pieces
Prepare materials and components for production
Collaborate with the workshop team to meet project deadlinesIdeal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Bench Joiner
Skilled in traditional joinery and cabinetry, including windows, doors, and staircases
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Creative, practical, and a strong team player
