Workman's Recruitment is proud to represent a highly respected, long-established manufacturer of bespoke kitchens and cabinetry. We are offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join their talented team.
Working from a fully equipped on-site workshop, you’ll be part of a close-knit group dedicated to producing beautifully handcrafted, high-end projects tailored to each client’s unique vision. This role suits someone who takes pride in precision and values craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Construct and assemble high-end bespoke furniture and cabinetry with exceptional attention to detail.
* Read and interpret technical drawings to accurately build custom designs.
* Use a range of hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders, etc.) safely and effectively.
* Ensure all joinery and assembly work is secure, functional, and visually excellent.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker.
* Strong understanding of woodworking techniques and finishes.
* Excellent eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Full UK Driving License required.
Package & Benefits:
* Salary between £35,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience)
