We're currently seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join a respected and dynamic team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled craftsperson with a background in furniture assembly and machining who takes pride in their work and values quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out high-quality bench joinery, including machining and furniture assembly
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Assist with other workshop tasks as needed
Uphold health and safety standards at all times
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in bench joinery or a similar woodworking role
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
Ability to multi-task and support various workshop operations
Punctual, reliable, and a good communicator
