Job Vacancy: Experienced Bench Joiner
We are seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join our team. If you are passionate about precision craftsmanship, take pride in your work, and have experience in producing high-quality joinery, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Create bespoke, made-to-measure joinery for a variety of projects (e.g., kitchens, staircases, windows, doors, furniture, etc.)
Work with a range of timber and materials to meet client specifications
Follow technical drawings and collaborate with designers and project managers
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
Assist in the installation of completed joinery on-site when necessary
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience as a bench joiner or in a similar woodworking role
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
Valid driver’s license (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
