Job Description
Opus Vitae is working with a busy, well-established manufacturing business near Welshpool to find a skilled Bench Joiner to join their growing workshop team. This is a hands-on role suited to a time-served professional who takes real pride in craftsmanship and detail.

What you’ll be doing:
* Manufacturing bespoke components to exact specifications
* Working from technical drawings and setting out jobs accurately
* Upholding a high standard of finish and attention to detail
* Operating as part of a close-knit production team
* Contributing to a safe, tidy and productive workshop environment
* Maintaining a proactive and positive approach to daily tasks
What we’re looking for:
* A fully time-served joiner with at least 2 years’ industry experience
* Skilled in bench work with strong attention to detail
* Able to interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications
* A reliable, motivated team player with good communication skills
* Committed to high standards of workmanship and site safety
Shift Patterns (40 hours per week rotating):
Early Shift: Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 2:30pm
Late Shift: Monday to Thursday – 1:30pm to 11:00pm, Friday – 2:00pm to 6:00pm
