RMA and EE Coordinator (Bi-lingual English + either German/Turkish/Polish/French)
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week (8am - 4.30pm, Monday - Thursday with 1 hour lunch and 8am - 4pm on a Friday with 30 minutes lunch)
Pay Rate: £115 (Umbrella Employee)
Location: Reading
We're looking for a bilingual RMA & EE Coordinator to handle product replacements for HyperX customers and support employee engagement activities. You'll ensure smooth customer experiences, manage RMA cases, liaise with supply chain, and help organise team events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage RMA requests, process returns/refunds, and keep customers updated.
Liaise with supply chain & logistics, escalating backorders when needed.
Maintain accurate records and produce monthly reports.
Support planning and delivery of employee engagement events.
Skills & Requirements
Fluent in English + German/Turkish/Polish/French.
Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
Confident with MS Office & handling data.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Based near Reading or willing to relocate
