Job Description

Bid Coordinator Hybrid – Waltham Abbey (3 days office) £30,000 - £40,000 Basic + Discretionary Bonus + Holidays + Pension + Package On offer is the opportunity to join a growing compliance and property services contractor operating across social housing and public sector frameworks. This is a key hire within the business, with a clear mandate to coordinate the end to end bid process, ensuring all submissions are completed on time and in line with client requirements. My client operates across social housing, delivering essential services including electrical compliance, maintenance and upgrade works for housing associations and local authorities. They require a Bid Coordinator to offer continuous support to small bid team of five, support production of written responses, and maintain an organised and up-to-date library of case studies, CVs and supporting information. A long-term, progressive opportunity on offer for someone who wants to make a visible impact and grow into a Bid Writer or Bid Manager role in the future.
