Bid Manager – Cyber Security
Remote (UK-Based) | Competitive Salary + Performance Bonus
Are you a strategic communicator who thrives on crafting winning proposals and shaping business growth?
We’re looking for a Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end tender process for a UK Government-certified cybersecurity consultancy protecting some of the nation’s most recognisable organisations. You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, managing bids from start to finish, and ensuring every submission clearly communicates our value and expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Take ownership of the full bid lifecycle — from identifying opportunities through to contract finalisation
*
Collaborate across technical, sales, and leadership teams to deliver accurate, compelling, and competitive proposals
*
Write persuasive submissions that bring complex cybersecurity services to life for public and private sector clients
*
Manage and optimise relationships with procurement frameworks (including G-Cloud and CCS)
*
Track bid performance and drive continuous improvement in process and outcomes
What You’ll Bring
*
Proven experience in bid management within IT or tech services (cybersecurity experience highly valued)
*
APMP Practitioner certification or equivalent
*
Confidence in developing effective bid strategies that support growth and long-term success
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*
Familiarity with CRM and bid management tools
