Bid Manager
Location: Hackney, London
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

This opportunity would be ideal for a Bid Manager, Senior Bid Coordinator, or Business Development Executive with proven experience in the architecture, landscape or design sector and is confident using Adobe InDesign, MS Office 365 and online procurement portals.
Package:
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

Location: Hackney, London
Full-time, Monday to Friday – 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Duties:
Oversee the entire bid/tender process, from pursuit decision to final submission and outcome.
Lead and coordinate bid launches, reviews, and briefing meetings with design teams.
Manage bid teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and distribute tender opportunities, clarifying submission requirements.
Develop tailored win strategies in collaboration with project leads.
Coordinate submissions via online procurement portals, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
Requirements:
Degree Qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant field
Proven track record managing end-to-end bids, ideally in a mid-to-large design practice
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Affinity, and Microsoft Office 365
