Senior Bid Manager - Energy Sector | Ireland
We're looking for a Bid Manager to oversee the end-to-end tender process for energy and infrastructure projects across Ireland. In this role, you'll coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive, compliant, and compelling bids that drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the tender process
Developing pricing models and proposal strategies
Coordinating input from engineering, legal, finance, and procurement teams
Managing client and stakeholder relationships
Identifying market opportunities and risks
Opportunity to build a bid, proposal and tendering teamWhat we're looking for:
7+ years' experience in bid/tender/project management (preferably in energy/utilities)
Strong commercial and technical understanding of infrastructure or renewable projects
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Irish/EU markets and energy regulations
