£50,000 – £55,000
Remote | Full-time, Permanent

The Role
As a Bid Writer, you’ll take the lead in developing high-quality, persuasive proposals that win funding and partnerships across employability and adult learning. Working collaboratively with senior leaders and operational teams, you will:

Research, assess, and track funding opportunities across Employability, Skills, and Adult Learning.

Write and submit compelling bids across ASF, Skills Bootcamps, AEB, and related government-funded programmes.
*
Use data, outcomes, and success stories to strengthen submissions.
*
Ensure bids are compliant, accurate, and delivered to deadline.
*
Collaborate with stakeholders to design impactful delivery models.
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with funding partners and key stakeholders.
About You
Proven experience writing successful bids within Employability, Skills, or Adult Learning.
*
Strong understanding of ASF, Skills Bootcamps, AEB, and related funding frameworks.
*
Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
*
The ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
*
A proactive, detail-focused, and collaborative approach to work.
