A leading construction and infrastructure business is looking for an experienced Senior Bid Writer to join its growing Work Winning team based in Bristol. What You’ll Be Doing
* Writing and managing high-quality bid and tender responses
* Working with technical teams and stakeholders to develop winning content
* Supporting bid strategy, win themes, and key differentiators
* Reviewing and editing submissions for clarity, compliance, and quality
* Managing multiple deadlines and live opportunities simultaneously
* Maintaining bid libraries, templates, and knowledge resources
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For
* Proven bid writing experience within construction, engineering, or infrastructure
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
* Strong understanding of tendering and bid compliance
* Ability to turn technical information into engaging content
* Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
