Bid Writer – Social Housing 3-Month FTC
Our client, an established contractor within the social housing sector, is looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join the business on a three-month fixed-term contract.
Salary: £45,000 per annum, pro rata
You will produce compelling responses for PQQs and ITTs, develop case studies, maintain the bid content library and collaborate with operational teams to deliver high-quality submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Write persuasive responses for PQQs, ITTs and case studies
Manage multiple submissions and competing deadlines
Maintain and improve the bid content library
Ensure consistency across brand messaging and tone of voice
Work with operational teams to gather technical information
Support wider business development and growth objectives
What We’re Looking For
Previous bid writing experience within construction or social housing
Excellent written communication, grammar and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Effective stakeholder management and teamwork skills
Competent IT and Microsoft Office skills
A self-motivated, adaptable and independent approach

Degree or equivalent qualification
