Maintain & Enhance Bid Library: Manage and develop a central repository of bid content, including case studies, policies, and standard responses, ensuring all materials reflect best practice and are regularly updated.
Quality & Compliance: Proofread and tailor all submissions to meet exacting requirements, ensuring compliance with tender specifications, accuracy, and presentation standards.
Post-Bid Contribution: Support post-submission reviews, feedback analysis, and bid handovers to operational teams, while assisting with risk assessments and compliance documentation.

Exceptional written English with proven experience producing clear, persuasive, and accurate content in a bid or commercial writing role.
Strong analytical skills to interpret tender requirements and shape content to score highly against evaluation criteria.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet challenging deadlines.

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience using online tender portals.
Solid understanding of the tender process (PQQs, ITTs, RFPs, frameworks) and its commercial context.
