Job
As a Bid Writer, you’ll be at the heart of developing compelling, persuasive tenders that highlight the organisation’s strengths and track record. Working closely with operational teams, subject matter experts, and senior leadership, you will:

Research and assess funding opportunities within Employability and Skills.
*
Write and submit high-quality bids across AEB, Skills Bootcamps, and other adult learning opportunities.
*
Gather evidence, success stories, and data to strengthen submissions.
*
Ensure all bids are clear, compliant, and submitted on time.
*
Build relationships with funding bodies and key partners to maximise success.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring:

Proven experience in bid writing within the employability and skills or adult education sector.
*
Strong understanding of AEB, Skills Bootcamps, and associated funding streams.
*
A track record of successful tender wins.
*
Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
*
The ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision and attention to detail.
*
A collaborative, proactive approach to working across teams.
