The Role
As a Bid Writer, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions stand out in a competitive market. Working alongside senior leaders, delivery teams, and subject matter experts, you will:

Research, assess, and track funding opportunities across Employability and Skills.

Write and submit compelling bids across AEB, Skills Bootcamps, and wider adult learning programmes.
*
Use data, outcomes, and success stories to strengthen proposals.
*
Ensure bids are compliant, persuasive, and submitted on time.
*
Build and maintain relationships with funding bodies and key stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
*
Proven experience writing successful bids in Employability, Skills, or Adult Learning.
*
Strong knowledge of AEB, Skills Bootcamps, and associated funding models.
*
A track record of securing tender wins.
*
Excellent written communication, research, and stakeholder engagement skills.
*
The ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
*
A collaborative, proactive, and detail-focused approach.
