£28,017.60 per year + perks & benefits | Belfast | Full-Time, Permanent | 40 hours per week

We're hiring Bilingual Customer Support Specialists to join an innovative VR technology team in Belfast, supporting users worldwide across multiple channels.
ABOUT THE ROLE: Bilingual Customer Support (German & English)
You'll provide first-class customer support for cutting-edge VR (Virtual Reality) products and technologies, helping users in both German and English through social media, live chat, email, and phone.

You'll be part of a collaborative team supporting customers globally, resolving technical and non-technical queries, building online communities, and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to innovation and excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Deliver exceptional white-glove customer support across multiple channels (social media, live chat, email, phone)
• Engage with customers in both German and English, resolving technical issues, product queries, and account concerns
• Monitor social media platforms and online forums, responding professionally and maintaining brand tone
• Troubleshoot VR hardware and software issues, providing clear step-by-step guidance
• Spot trends in customer feedback and escalate issues to improve user experience
• Build positive online communities by encouraging user participation and engagement
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve support processes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Essential:
• Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 CEFR level in both languages)
• Experience in customer service, technical support, or social media support roles
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
• Typing speed of 55 WPM with 95% accuracy
• Confidence dealing with technical queries and troubleshooting customer concerns
• Ability to work rotating shifts (6am - 7pm, Monday to Sunday rota)
• Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach
Desirable:
• Interest or experience in VR, gaming, or technology products
• Knowledge of social media management and community engagement
• Multilingual skills (additional languages beyond German and English)
• Experience with CRM systems and helpdesk software
