BIM Manager / Coordinator that has clear experience handling 4D, 3D & BIM coordination
* Based from the Head office which is 7 Minutes drive from the M25 Junction 16.
BIM / 4D & 3D Coordinator £65-80,000 Plus Car Allowance, Pension & Medical
International Buildings Main Contractor with a specific strength in Mega Watt Data Centres across the UK & Europe.
Group turns over in excess of £700 Million but still retain a family feel as an organization due to the lean structure and flat management structure
Description
Are you seeking a fast paced and dynamic employer that embrace ideas and collaboration. In your role you will be handling a range of activities across pre-construction, planning , scheduling and coordination activities.
Reporting into the 4D Planning Manager & Pre -Construction Manager . You will take direct ownership for a tender or live project working alongside the SLT.

THE ROLE
* As the BIM Manager / Coordinator you will develop project specific strategies for the use of BIM through design, construction and operations
* Review contractual agreements relating to BIM and implement legal structures that support a collaborative BIM
* Develop project specific model development strategies, programs and communicate risk & challenges you foresee
* Add input across 3d, 4d & BIM providing project support
* Coordinate with supply chain on BIM workshops in relation to the project strategy
