BIM Coordinator – Data Centre Project – Helsinki, Finland
Salary & Package: €90,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Living allowance benefits
We are partnered with a leading European data centre contractor, trusted by global tech clients to deliver mission-critical facilities across the continent.
With over 430MW of IT load currently in delivery across multiple countries, this contractor is one of the fastest-growing names in the data centre sector, providing full turnkey solutions — from design and engineering to construction, commissioning, and final handover.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their expanding team on a large-scale hyperscale data centre project in Helsinki, Finland. This is an on-site role, offering the opportunity to work on one of the most technically advanced construction projects in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between disciplines across MEP, CSA, and structural models.
* Produce accurate drawings, specifications, and schedules in line with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
* Deliver all 2D and 3D coordination milestones for assigned project stages.
* Work closely with package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex MEP installations.
* Support and mentor junior BIM team members, ensuring consistent quality and standards.
* Ensure all outputs comply with company BIM standards and project requirements.
Candidate Profile:
* 4+ years’ experience working on large-scale construction projects, preferably data centres or mission-critical facilities.
* Proficiency in Revit with an MEP focus (mechanical or electrical bias essential).
* Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD is preferred.
* Relevant Bachelor’s degree in engineering, building services, or related discipline.
* Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams.
