The Role
We’re seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead and manage digital workflows across a range of international projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of design technology within a world-class creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and maintain Revit and BIM models to company and project standards.
*
Coordinate multidisciplinary models to ensure design accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
*
Support teams through all project stages — from concept through to delivery.
*
Facilitate model reviews, clash detection, and coordination using Navisworks and other BIM tools.
*
Prepare and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project documentation.
*
Provide training, mentoring, and day-to-day support to project teams on BIM best practices.
*
Collaborate with international offices and consultants to ensure seamless digital coordination.
About You:
*
Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within an architectural or multidisciplinary environment.
*
Highly proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
*
Solid understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650 / Level 2).
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills with a collaborative mindset.
*
Experience working on hospitality or residential projects, ideally with an international scope.
*
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
