BIM Information Manager – London
Join a Leading Engineering Contractor
Our client, a leading engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced BIM Information Manager to join their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to take shared ownership of a growing BIM department, with genuine potential to develop and lead your own team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly competent and motivated BIM professional with the following experience:
*
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other digital collaboration tools
*
Strong technical capabilities and the ability to support wider project teams
*
In-depth understanding of COBie data and BIM exchange formats such as IFC
*
Experience working with point cloud data and articulating its project benefits
*
Solid grasp of information management workflows and best practices
*
Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, especially BIM Collaborate Pro, and Common Data Environments (CDEs)
*
Working knowledge of BIM standards, including ISO 19650 and PAS 1192
*
Understanding of the project lifecycle and RIBA stage deliverables
What’s on Offer:

36.5-hour work week (Mon–Thurs: 8:30–5:00, Friday early finish)

All travel expenses covered, including monthly rail season ticket

£5,000 car allowance in addition to base salary
