Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Manager to join a leading organisation delivering a portfolio of major construction and engineering projects across London.
You’ll play a pivotal role in managing and implementing BIM processes throughout the full project lifecycle — ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards and driving digital excellence in project delivery.

The Role:
As the BIM Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing and enforcing BIM strategies, ensuring all digital design and information management processes align with best practice and project requirements.
You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and construction teams, supporting them in the effective use of digital tools, data environments, and model coordination — ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and information requirements
* Oversee governance, assurance, and digital handover processes
* Manage and support teams with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and model coordination
* Provide training, mentoring, and technical guidance to project teams
* Research, evaluate, and implement emerging digital tools to enhance delivery efficiency
* Ensure full compliance with ISO 19650, BS1192, and related standards
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified (Level 6 or above) in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Architecture, or BIM Management)
* Proven experience working as a BIM Manager or Digital Engineering Lead within the construction or MEP sector
* Strong understanding of ISO 19650, BS1192, CDEs, IFC, and COBie
* Proficient in Autodesk tools (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360) and content management/validation platforms
* Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
