Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical BIM leadership, team management, and client-facing responsibilities, while playing a key role in shaping BIM standards and delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, residential, and data centre sectors.

The Role

In this position, you will:

Lead, manage, and develop a team of BIM Technicians and Coordinators
Oversee BIM delivery across multiple building services projects
Provide hands-on support to engineers with Revit MEP and BIM workflows
Maintain and enhance BIM standards, procedures, and quality control processes
Coordinate closely with design and engineering teams to drive project delivery
Attend client meetings and act as a technical BIM lead
Support training, mentoring, and development within the BIM team
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across BIM processesThis is a hands-on leadership role, offering a balance of technical delivery, team management, and strategic input.

What They're Looking For

Proven experience as a BIM Manager (or similar role)
Background within building services / MEP environments
Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and BIM processes
Previous contractor experience is desirable
Experience leading, mentoring and managing BIM teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive BIM standards and ensure successful project delivery
Experience supporting projects through Stage 5 delivery is beneficialWhy Apply?
