BIM Manager – £80,000 + Package
Central London (Site-Based)
30M High-End Fit Out | Full Coordination Role
Start: ASAP | Permanent Role
Our client is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join their client's delivery team on a £30m Cat A & B Fit Out project in Central London. This is a flagship scheme where the client is responsible for full design and construction coordination, making this a high-impact role central to the project's success.
You will be leading BIM strategy, implementation, and model coordination on site, working closely with design consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver a fully integrated BIM Level 2+ project.
Key Responsibilities:
BIM Leadership & Coordination
*
Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans and ensure project-wide compliance.
*
Manage federated models, drive clash detection and resolution processes.
*
Support 4D and 5D integration (time and cost) to enhance construction planning.
*
Represent the business in client and consultant coordination meetings.
Revit & CAD Management
*
Oversee model setup, content libraries, and template standards.
*
Manage workflows across disciplines (Architectural, MEP, Structural).
*
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project team members.
Training & Support
*
Deliver BIM and Revit training workshops across the site team.
*
Act as point of contact for all BIM-related queries and support needs.
Quality Assurance & Data Management
*
Perform regular QA reviews of BIM models.
*
Ensure all data complies with company standards and ISO 19650 requirements.
*
Maintain secure handling and storage of digital construction data.
Ideal Candidate:
*
5+ years’ experience in BIM Management on major construction projects.
*
Strong Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD proficiency.
*
Deep understanding of ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework standards.
*
Proven experience coordinating with multiple disciplines.
*
Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related.
*
Bonus: BIM Certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional).
