Job Title: MEP BIM Manager
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
A forward-thinking, multidisciplinary consultancy based in London is seeking a skilled MEP BIM Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a BIM professional to take on a pivotal role within a growing organisation, offering hybrid working flexibility and the chance to shape BIM delivery across high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the MEP BIM delivery across a variety of building services projects.
* Oversee and coordinate outsourced Revit modelling teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality of work.
* Maintain and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and protocols in line with industry best practice.
* Provide technical support and training to internal teams to enhance BIM capability.
* Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated and clash-free models.
* Manage BIM deliverables, documentation, and data exchange protocols on multiple projects.
* Perform quality control checks and reviews of Revit MEP models.
* Assist with tender documentation and technical submissions where required.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience using Revit MEP in a building services environment.
* Strong understanding of MEP systems, BIM standards (such as PAS 1192/ISO 19650), and coordination processes.
* Experience managing or liaising with outsourced Revit/BIM teams is essential.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to lead BIM processes and contribute to successful project delivery.
