BIM Technician / BIM Coordinator – Mission-Critical Project
Are you a BIM professional with a passion for delivering cutting-edge mission-critical projects? We are supporting a leading engineering contractor who operate across major complex builds in Europe, now seeking a BIM Technician / BIM Coordinator to join their expanding digital engineering team.
This role is ideal for someone coming from a construction-focused BIM background, with strong Electrical/MEP experience and a track record of supporting large-scale projects such as data centres or pharma facilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting BIM delivery across large-scale mission-critical projects
* Working closely with engineering, delivery and site teams to ensure accurate BIM coordination
* Managing and reviewing BIM models, ensuring compliance with ISO19650 standards
* Producing accurate 3D models, drawings and documentation
* Coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to maintain model integrity
* Assisting with clash detection, QA checks and model updates
* Helping drive best practice and innovation in BIM workflows
What You’ll Bring
Strong BIM/MEP background within construction delivery (not design-only)
Experience working on large complex projects – data centre or pharma preferred
Good knowledge of ISO19650 standards
Required Software Skills:

* ACC Docs (BIM 360)
* MS Excel & Word
* Revizto / BIM Collab / BIM Track
* Dynamo
* AutoCAD
