Job Description
Do you want to drive real-world change at the intersection of biodiversity and the economy? Our client based in Cambridge, are now looking for a Biodiversity Specialist to contribute to transformative global projects. You’ll lead initiatives supporting corporate and finance sector action on nature, help shape policy and decision-making tools, and collaborate with top-tier global institutions like the UN, UK Treasury, and leading private sector entities.
As the Biodiversity Specialist you will be
* Lead impactful projects on natural capital, sustainable finance, and biodiversity metrics.
* Collaborate with governments, businesses, and financial institutions.
* Organise hybrid workshops and high-level stakeholder engagements.
* Contribute technical insights, reports, and tools for nature-positive decision-making.
* Line-manage junior staff and oversee project delivery.
As the Biodiversity Specialist you will have
* A background in economics, sustainability, or biodiversity.
* Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
* Experience working with international stakeholders in biodiversity or finance.
