Key responsibilities for the Biology Teacher role:

Teach engaging and challenging Biology lessons at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)

Encourage students to explore ecological and physiological topics with critical thinking and inquiry-based methods

Use the latest teaching technology and lab equipment to enhance student learning

Collaborate with the Science department to develop innovative schemes of work

Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to support a range of learners

Contribute to wider school life including assemblies, parent evenings, and trips
Qualifications & Experience:

A degree in Biology or a closely related subject
*
UK QTS or PGCE
*
Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills
*
A genuine passion for Biology education
