Job Description
Band 6 Biomedical Scientist – Histology
We are seeking a Band 6 HCPC-registered Biomedical Scientist (BMS) specialising in Histology to join the team at MST.

Location: MST

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 per week (1 WTE)

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
*
Contract length: 12 weeks

Start date: ASAP
*
Rate: £30 per hour (weekdays)
Role requirements:
*
HCPC registration is essential
*
Proven experience in Histology within the NHS
*
Skilled in microtomy, cutting at least 30+ high-quality tissue sections per hour
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
