About the Role

Our BMW workshop in Melksham is expanding, and we're looking for talented Vehicle Technicians to join our growing team. This is your chance to work in a modern, well‑equipped facility and develop your expertise through the official BMW Technician training pathway.

With our structured BMW development programme, you can progress from Vehicle Technician to Senior Vehicle Technician, and ultimately to Master Technician. We'll recognise your current experience and support you in taking the next step in your career.

Training is delivered through the prestigious BMW Academy, ensuring you stay at the forefront of the latest technology and innovation. We'll help you transition seamlessly into the BMW brand while offering strong earning potential and long‑term career growth.

What we offer:

Competitive basic salary from £30,000 upwards, dependent on your experience and qualifications
OTE of £45,000 through our uncapped bonus scheme
Full financial support during your transition into the BMW brand, keeping your skills current and fully accredited

Job Opportunity

Service and repair vehicles
Diagnostic activities
Pre-delivery Inspections
Brand training to ensure you are up to date with the latest models and technology
Maintain standards set by the brand and Dick Lovett Group 

Essential Skills

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanical, Maintenance & Repair
Experience in an official manufacture would be beneficial but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence
