Job Description
Are you an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer looking for your next challenge? Join a well-respected and growing building services company delivering high-performance Building Management Systems across a wide range of commercial and industrial sites. Key Responsibilities:
Install and connect BMS hardware and field devices
Load control programs and perform point-to-point checks
Test and adjust control sequences and alarms
Integrate BMS with HVAC, fire alarms, and other services
Troubleshoot system issues and optimise performance
Complete testing documentation and train building operators
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Trend or Tridium
Valid CSCS/ECS card
Confident managing a programme of works
Strong communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
Detail-oriented and a good team player
Contractual knowledge is a plus
