The Opportunity:
A leading FM service provider is seeking an experienced BMS Engineering Manager to oversee and manage Building Management Systems at a large, high-profile commercial building in Canary Wharf. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of critical building systems and ensure operational excellence across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of BMS engineers, ensuring efficiency, development, and performance.
* Oversee operation, maintenance, and optimisation of all BMS systems across the site.
* Manage subcontractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Proactively monitor systems, identify issues, and implement improvements.
* Produce reports and updates for senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing BMS systems in commercial or critical building environments.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Technical expertise in BMS platforms (trend, Siemens, Schneider or similar).
* Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
* Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability.
