About role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Smart Buildings team as a BMS Estimator for Major Projects, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of intelligent, energy-efficient environments.
Working across a portfolio of large-scale commercial and public sector developments, you’ll be responsible for producing precise, commercially sound estimates for Building Management Systems (BMS). Success in this role means being more than just accurate—you’ll be a valued contributor, trusted advisor, and key part of a team that consistently delivers high-quality results in a fast-paced, future-focused environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Collaborate with internal teams—including sales and engineering—and external clients to develop high-quality estimates for BMS projects.
* Deliver accurate costings that ensure project viability, profitability and alignment with client requirements.
* Analyse project specifications and propose tailored BMS solutions that drive energy performance and system efficiency.
* Maintain a sharp eye for commercial and technical risk while ensuring estimates support successful project delivery.
* Influence decision-makers through your technical insight and commercial acumen.
