BMS Manager – Corporate Building (City of London)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits
Location: City of London
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking an experienced BMS Manager to join a leading facilities management team at a prestigious corporate building in the heart of the City of London. This is a key role overseeing all Building Management System (BMS) operations, ensuring the site runs efficiently, safely, and in line with compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of the Building Management System (BMS) across a large multi-floor corporate premises.
* Monitor and optimise building performance, energy usage, environmental controls, and system efficiencies.
* Lead on BMS-related reactive and planned maintenance, fault-finding, and system upgrades.
* Work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Provide technical support and guidance on HVAC, controls, and automation systems.
* Maintain compliance with all statutory regulations, H&S procedures, and site-specific requirements.
* Prepare reports, system data, and performance insights for senior management.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong technical background in BMS (Trend, Siemens, Honeywell or similar).
* Experience managing BMS operations within a commercial or corporate environment.
* Solid understanding of HVAC, building services, and plant equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage contractors and collaborate with internal teams.
* FM or engineering supervisory/management experience highly desirable.
