Overview:
One of our clients are seeking a Lead BMS Engineer to join their team.
This mobile role involves 4 days on-site providing BMS services and 1 day handling administrative tasks. You'll lead a team, offer technical guidance, manage client escalations, and balance hands-on work with operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform BMS installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Provide technical support and lead your team.
Handle administrative tasks (timesheets, performance reviews).
Foster strong client relationships and manage escalations.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC, and electrical systems.
Leadership potential with prior management experience.
Proficiency with BMS technologies (Trend, Honeywell, Siemens).
Relevant engineering qualifications and HVAC/electrical experience.
