We are looking for a BMS Operations Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The BMS Operations Manager, will be responsible for:
* Perform BMS installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
* Provide technical support and lead your team.
* Handle administrative tasks (timesheets, performance reviews).
* Foster strong client relationships and manage escalations.
To be successful for this BMS Operations Manager role you must have:
* 3-5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC, and electrical systems.
* Leadership potential with prior management experience.
* Proficiency with BMS technologies (Trend, Honeywell, Siemens).
* Relevant engineering qualifications and HVAC/electrical experience.
