We're looking for BMS Manager to oversee a major new-build government site in Devon
The Role:
As a BMS Project Manager, you'll deliver end-to-end solutions for controlling building environments by overseeing the installation and upgrade of state-of-the-art BMS technology. You'll collaborate with engineers and clients to ensure efficient and compliant building automation systems.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Project Management or Engineering experience in BMS or Building Automation
✅ Strong understanding of smart building, IoT, and automation systems
✅ Proven skills in cost forecasting, project scheduling, and client communication
✅ Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and manage teams independently
✅ Familiarity with building regulations, health & safety standards

Location: Site-based in Devon on MOD project (Security clearance will be required)
