BMS Project Manager
£70,000 - £75,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
Hybrid Role | Travel Required for Site Visits (UK & Europe).
Are you an experienced BMS Project Manager looking to take ownership of exciting building management system projects with one of the industry's leading names?
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of BMS projects from inception to completion. Based in or around Slough, this is a hybrid role that offers autonomy, flexibility, and an outstanding benefits package.
What You'll Do
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of BMS projects to meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards.
Develop detailed project plans, covering timelines, budgets, resources, and risk strategies.
Manage scope, progress, and deliverables-proactively resolving any delays or issues.
Be the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams-ensuring clear and effective communication.
Conduct regular site visits in the UK and occasionally Europe to oversee installation, commissioning, and testing.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to your project teams.
Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for system upgrades, add-ons, or continued services.
Maintain all project documentation from kick-off to closeout-including change orders, progress reports, and financial tracking.
Manage project variations and ensure financial control of cost deviations.
Champion Health & Safety best practices across all activities and sites.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in BMS project management, ideally with Trend, Schneider EcoStruxure, or Tridium systems (ALC system experience a bonus-training provided if needed).
Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
Confident leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at all levels.
Problem-solver with high attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
Flexible with travel for site visits in the UK and occasional work in Europe.
Full UK driving licence, CSCS skill card or equivalent, and an EU/UK passport.
Must be PC literate and located within reasonable commuting distance to Slough, West Drayton, or Hayes.
