As a BMS Project Manager, you'll take ownership of high-value projects across Central London, from planning through to commissioning — ensuring technical excellence, commercial success, and outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full lifecycle delivery of BMS projects – from mobilisation to commissioning and handover
* Develop and oversee detailed project plans including timelines, resources, and financial tracking
* Lead site-based teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality assurance
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project
* Provide technical guidance and leadership, mentoring junior engineers
* Identify and manage variations, commercial opportunities, and additional client requirements
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all contractual obligations are met
* Oversee system commissioning and ensure project outcomes align with client expectations
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven track record in BMS project delivery, ideally within commercial, healthcare, or industrial environments
* Strong knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or similar platforms
* Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and BMS control specifications
* Excellent communication skills and confidence managing client relationships
* Skilled in using Microsoft Project and Excel for planning and financial tracking
* Experience managing projects up to £500k in value
* Good commercial awareness with an understanding of cost control
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Greater London
