Job Description
We are seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join a leading energy solutions provider operating on a high-profile, secure government-related project in Central London.
As a BMS Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and optimising complex building management systems that support critical infrastructure. Your expertise will directly contribute to the operational reliability and efficiency of key sites within a secure environment.
Given the confidential and high-security requirements of this role, candidates must be eligible to undergo and successfully obtain Military Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
The Role
* Carrying out BMS PPM activities across various sites.
* Carrying out small upgrades and additional works.
* Responding to and resolving reactive breakdowns both within core business hours and as part of the out of hours standby team.
* Improving the energy performances of the buildings that we look after.
* Identifying system improvements such as upgrades, system enhancements, software improvements.
* Providing detailed and concise reports based upon your onsite activities.
The ideal candidate will:
* Good technical experience in Trend or Siemens Apogee or Tridium BEMS/HVAC Building Controls
* Ability to undertake and obtain Military DV Clearance is essential (candidates without clearance will not be considered).
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a collaborative working environment with all stakeholders, including customer and external service providers
* Excellent customer service levels with a professional approach, and a dedication to meeting customer expectations, including delivering technical support, coaching and direction
* An agile working approach with flexibility to support on call rota structure
* As you will be traveling to different sites its essential that you hold a full driving licence
