Job Description
The client has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join their experienced team as a BMS Service Engineer working in the London area. The client has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join their experienced team as a Service Engineer supporting an exciting and diverse customer base, including several blue-chip accounts. For this role you will be working on a manned site in central London, working on a 4 days on, 4 days off day shifts.

Responsibilities
* Work within the company guidelines to ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and responsible manner.
* Have the ability to take ownership of your customer base, being able to meet or exceed their contractual requirements.
* To be able to closely work with the customer in order to identify operational issues that the client can resolve.
* To provide concise and clear quoted solutions for repairs, improvements, and upgrades.
* Advise and assist Sales and Operations Managers with larger opportunities.
Requirements
1. To have a background in BMS, Electrical and/or HVAC industry
2. Already possessing field service engineer experience, where part of your role involved looking after customers.
3. To be willing to learn the client’s product range
4. Fluent in English (verbal and written)
5. UK Driving License
