Job Description
Overview:
We're looking for an experienced BMS Service Engineer to support a range of sites across the Central Belt. The role will involve carrying out servicing, remedial, and reactive maintenance works on Trend and/or Siemens building management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned BMS servicing and maintenance works.
Respond to reactive and fault callouts in a timely manner.
Carry out remedial works as identified during servicing or callouts.
Work with Trend and/or Siemens control systems (experience with either is acceptable).
Provide clear and concise service reports and feedback.
Liaise with site teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery of work.
Requirements:
Proven experience with BMS systems - Trend or Siemens essential.
Strong understanding of building services and controls.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Full UK driving licence.
Details:
Covering sites across the Central Belt.
Accommodation provided if working away from home.
Immediate start, with work expected to run until the Christmas period.
