Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Smart Building and BMS projects from inception to completion
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Drive the integration of Smart Building and MSI solutions into building systems
* Provide technical leadership in system design, software configuration, and commissioning
* Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and manage risk across the project lifecycle
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing Smart Building, BMS, or building automation projects
* Strong understanding of Smart Building and BMS architectures, control philosophies, and integration principles
* In-depth knowledge of MSI roles, protocols (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT), and naming conventions (Project Haystack, Brick Schema, or client standards)
* Excellent project management ability, leading multidisciplinary teams effectively
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
