BMS Software Engineer
On behalf of our client, a leading Building Management Systems (BMS) integrator operating across Europe, we are recruiting an experienced Senior BMS Software Engineer to join their team. Specializing in BMS for the Datacenter sector, this role is primarily software-focused and demands expertise in designing, developing, and implementing BMS control strategies. The ideal candidate will exhibit technical leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities
Design and implement software solutions to meet project specifications and client needs.
Develop and review technical documentation to align with operational requirements.
Perform system testing and validation in an office environment.
Provide technical guidance on projects, addressing complex software and hardware challenges.
Participate in training on company policies, procedures, and partner technologies.
Suggest improvements to enhance processes and project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with quality, data protection, and industry standards.
Support team members with daily tasks, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Meet project deadlines and deliver accurate, detailed reports.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, following site regulations and safety protocols.
Desired Experience:
5+ years of experience in the technical aspects of BMS within the Pharmaceutical or Datacenter industries.
Expert knowledge in writing control strategies for BMS systems.
5+ years of experience in BMS design, specification, and functionality review.
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams for fault finding.
Proven ability to deliver technical aspects of BMS projects.
Expert understanding of industry standards associated with BMS systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
