We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Bodyshop Advisor/Estimator in Maidstone, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to advance their career within a well-respected dealership and accident repair specialist. The ideal individual will possess strong customer service skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding vehicle repair support.

Uncapped earning potential with OTE up to £42,000 per annum
Competitive basic salary between £32,000 and £36,000, depending on experience
Permanent, full-time role working 42 hours per week with sociable hours (Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00; Friday, 08:00 – 16:30)

Welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner to ensure a positive experience
Handle incoming customer and insurance enquiries, arranging bookings and appointments
Communicate regularly with customers regarding repair progress and additional work required
Provide accurate vehicle repair estimates and upsell bodywork and wheel repair services where appropriate
Process invoices and ensure full payment prior to vehicle collection
Liaise with internal teams to maintain seamless communication and process compliance
Manage customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure swift resolutions
Maintain accurate records and update dealership database consistently
Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships to promote satisfaction and loyaltyRequirements of the Bodyshop Advisor:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive or bodyshop sector is desirable
Strong customer service and communication skills as the Bodyshop Advisor
Ability to handle enquiries professionally and with attention to detail
Full driving licence with a clean driving record
Organisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
